How to stay slim?

Most women and men try to stay healthy and not gain excess weight throughout life. But look around: the absolute majority fail. Why? The fact is that health is a complex thing. There are many factors that allow us to stay healthy and only in the sum they provide a person with perfect health and shape.
Nutrition – one of the most important factors, without adjusting which you will not succeed. We are what we eat. Therefore, if you eat semi-finished products, then do not rely on healthy skin and attractive figure. This applies to both women and men. There is a lot of controversy about how, in fact, you need to eat. However, no need to experiment. Prepare food at home, eliminate everything fried, replacing boiled and raw, and follow the proportion of 20–15–65 in BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates). This will bring your body back to normal if we are talking about nutrition. Of course, do not immediately put yourself in a strict framework, but try to follow these recommendations.
Sleep is the third of our lives. A person’s well-being during the day depends on the quantity and quality of sleep. If you go to bed too late, you will not get enough sleep, regardless of when you woke up. There is a certain value of sleep, according to which the time from 21:00 to 5:00 is ideal for sleeping. If you can build your life in such a way that you can sleep in this period of time, in a month it will positively affect your health. The metabolism is normalized, acne will disappear and, perhaps, you will get rid of a few extra pounds.
Fresh air is the number one factor when we talk about health. Yes, that is why the so-called botanists, who do not part with textbooks, look worse than smokers and avid drunks who spend their time on the street in a noisy company. Botanists are smarter and they will live longer, but alcoholics look better precisely because they do not sit in four walls all day. After all, a person is adapted to life in an open space. Therefore, when we lead a sedentary lifestyle, sitting at home all day long, our face turns pale, and the vital forces leave us. Therefore, be more often in the fresh air, travel at least along the outskirts of the city and can consider this item fulfilled.
Eating, sleeping and staying in the fresh air is what will bring your body back to normal. It would be nice to add more exercise, but not all at once. If, however, for you, even all of the above seems difficult and impracticable.
