Unusual, but gaining in the form of training

Sometimes the usual forms of fitness bother and do not cause any more interest. Recently, however, new forms are gaining popularity, which are based on an unusual and even slightly experimental approach. Here are six such workouts, with which you can lose weight and develop the body:
1. Zumba
Zumba is an energetic workout based on different types of dance. If you choose zumbo classes in the classroom, you will encounter the usual form of training when the group repeats the movements behind the instructor. Exercises are very diverse, interesting and energetic, so you will burn calories and improve your physical condition.
2. MMA
Mixed martial arts are strict, reminiscent of service in the army or training camp classes. Warming up trains every part of the body and requires discipline.
3. Power Yoga
Power yoga is the secret of the beauty and body fit of many celebrities. In this case, yoga is much more than meditation and breathing techniques. It improves flexibility and, due to its power nature, it burns calories, keeping a person in excellent shape.
4. Dance Bollywood
A bit similar to zumba, but even more fun kind of dance warm up. If you have seen Indian films, you can imagine the basics of these activities. Although the movements of Indian dances are not as simple as they may seem, they help the legs and waist to develop like nothing else. Dance this playful and bold dance, and you will give a real fight to excess weight.
5. Bikram Yoga (hot yoga)
The so-called “hot yoga” has become a global phenomenon lately and has captured such celebrities as Madonna, Adam Levin, Lady Gaga and one of the most successful photo models of modern Gisele Bundchen. They entrusted the state of their bodies to Bikram – an Indian who invented this type of yoga, the meaning of which is to fulfill the positions of yoga in unusually hot rooms where the temperature can rise to 90 degrees Celsius. Obviously, the combination of stress and heat can effectively burn fat.
6. Antigravity yoga
This kind of yoga can probably seem a little strange, but exercises, it is claimed, help to cope with body aches, feel younger and fresher, and also increase body flexibility. During classes, people “hang in the air” in something resembling hammocks and perform exercises that, after some time, become more complex and tense, thereby helping to strengthen the body.
