TRAINING ON A BIKE EXERCISE AND DAILY BIORITHMS

Exercising on an exercise bike, you can not only work out the muscles, but also improve the entire body: strengthen the cardiovascular system, lungs, improve the functioning of internal organs, get rid of toxins, remove extra pounds, and just improve the immune system and mood.
Although exercise on the exercise bike effectively relieves stress and improves mood, it happens that they are perceived as a duty, and motivation is not enough to maintain regularity. In this case, an effective method to remedy the situation can be training, tailored to the individual human biorhythms. Pick yourself and buy an exercise bike on this page.
What is daily biorhythms?
We all noticed that in some periods of time and think better, and work to bring pleasure, and physical exercises performed during this period, bring more pleasure. But for sports, the pleasure gained from training is a guarantee that the classes will be continued. In addition, during hours of activity, the body reacts faster to any effects, and any workouts undertaken during this time will differ in increased efficiency. That is why it is so useful to set up workouts for daily biorhythms.
A brief history excursion
The division of people into types depending on biorhythms appeared relatively recently, when technological progress allowed to conduct electricity in each house, and people stopped going to bed at sunset. Therefore it is necessary to take into account that the appearance of “owls” is a consequence of progress, rather a cultural phenomenon than a biological one. And in fact, any “owl” without any problems can become a “morning person” – there would be a desire. And the desire can appear easily, because the early rise and early bedtime have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, provide high-quality sleep and a further slight awakening, and obey the natural regime of the day.
But, regardless of the artificiality of dividing people according to biorhythms, biorhythms themselves do not lose their importance. After all, each of us has its own unique rhythm of life. One “early bird” may feel a surge of strength in the first third of the day, and another – in the second third. Or the peak of activity may occur at some specific time. And so you need to monitor your body, take into account its features and, depending on them, shape your rhythm of life.
“Larks”, “owls”, “pigeons” and trainings on a stationary bike
By biorhythms, people are divided into “larks”, “owls” and “pigeons”.
In “larks” the peak of activity falls on the first half of the day – morning and noon. Considering that from 7 to 9 in the morning the body only comes to its senses, it is better to postpone training on the exercise bike to a later time.
At “owls” the peak of activity falls on time after 16.00 and can last until late evening, and they can be awake at times until late at night. Therefore, for such people, the optimal time for training is evening. But it is advisable to finish training before 20.00 so that nervous excitement does not affect the quality of sleep.
“Pigeons” – the most lucky in this regard, since they have a peak of activity – all day. In their case, you can practice at any time that is suitable. But nevertheless the majority of representatives of this species still tend either to “owls” or to “larks”, and therefore the choice of time for trainings should take this feature into account.
How to combine workouts on a stationary bike, biorhythms and work schedule?
Having made a training schedule for yourself on a stationary bicycle using your daily biorhythms, you will immediately notice how much easier lessons will be given, how much more joy they will bring, and how much more noticeable the result will be.
But how can this be applied when working in an office from 9 to 6? .. After all, you will not explain to your superiors that these “biorhythms” take the hour of your working time. Training during the lunch break – except that if you have it for two hours, you cannot deprive yourself of dinner at all.
Tips for office workers
Office workers are, in fact, only two options – either to train before work, or after. But in this case, it means that the “larks” need to get up at 5 am to have breakfast, let the body wake up and have time to do a workout before leaving for work – the workout should take place one and a half to two hours after breakfast. Perhaps, it will seem to someone too, but the result is worth it.
“Owls” are more lucky in this respect – training after the working day fits perfectly into their daily routine, without demanding accomplishment of feats. The main thing is that after them there is time to calm the nervous system before bedtime.
If you can follow your biorhythms, then any physical activity, including training on a stationary bike, should coincide with the hours of maximum activity – then the training will be a joy, and the effect will be better. Practice with pleasure, listen to your body, and the result will be excellent.
