BODYBUILDING: PROGRESS RULES
Rule one: you must be a model of bodybuilding devotion.
In order to squeeze the result to the maximum at the end of each cycle, you must be 200% devoted to your favorite work – bodybuilding. Any outside interests will only bother you. The most difficult thing here is to find a reasonable balance between fanaticism and the interests of loved ones. After all, training is your own business. Your hobby should not “seize the age” of your neighbors.
Rule two: you need to work out in trainings as it should.
The best training program costs nothing if you are not really doing your best in training. It is in the hall that a test of your strength takes place. And misfires occur. If you do not put extreme effort, then you need to forget about extreme success, even if you carefully observe all the other conditions of productive training. Continue reading
No time for fitness? Tabata will help!
Tabata is a new method of sports training, which will help out those who are sorely lacking time for fitness. If traditional fitness classes involve training for 1 hour, then Tabata allows you to achieve good results with 15-minute workouts. In extreme cases, training can be reduced altogether to 4 minutes, so much time is required to complete one approach.
The technique was developed by Japanese Izumi Tabata. To confirm the effectiveness of such training, studies were conducted in which two groups of athletes trained in different systems for six weeks. Continue reading
How are the abdominal muscles?
When we say that we want to pump up the press, we mean the rectus abdominis muscle. In fact, our press consists of four different muscles: transverse, internal and external oblique, and the actual straight. The transverse abdominal muscle lies inside, under the straight line. Her role is to support the internal organs. It is invisible from the outside, because completely covered with rectus muscle lining the front surface of the abdominal cavity.
